Stefan began his real estate career in 2014, and in 2019 he joined Keller Williams and started his own team, Paper Birch Properties.  A native of Nassau County, NY, he studied economics at the University at Buffalo, where he developed a strong foundation in market dynamics and business strategy. Under his leadership, Paper Birch Properties grew into a successful team known for its strong culture, efficient marketing strategies, and results-driven approach.

 

As the team’s success grew, Stefan felt called to expand his impact beyond sales and stepped into market center leadership at Keller Williams. He now serves as the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Upstate NY Properties, where he focuses on casting a bold vision for the company, building leadership, and empowering agents to thrive. His commitment to excellence and collaboration continues to shape the future of the company.

 

Today, Paper Birch Properties remains in trusted hands with Stefan’s partner, Anthony Heath, who has taken the reins and is driving the team’s continued growth and presence in the market.
