OUR TEAM
I began my professional journey at the University at Buffalo, where I earned a degree in Economics. After entering the real estate industry in 2015, I quickly became passionate not just about helping clients buy and sell property, but about building businesses, creating opportunities, and developing systems that help people succeed.
In 2017 I switched brokerages to Keller Williams, and in 2019 I started the Paper Birch Properties Team, which grew into one of the area’s recognized real estate teams. After building the team, I transitioned leadership of Paper Birch to Anthony Heath so I could focus on a larger vision within the brokerage and help more agents grow profitable businesses worth owning.
Today, I serve as the owner and Operating Principal of Keller Williams Upstate NY Properties. My role is centered around leadership, growth, and vision for the future of our company. I focus on developing leaders, supporting agents in building sustainable businesses, and creating a culture built on collaboration, opportunity, and long-term success. I’m passionate about helping both our agents and our communities grow while continuing to raise the standard for what real estate leadership can look like.

I began my career in real estate with a passion for helping people navigate some of the most important decisions of their lives. Being from this area, I’ve always had a strong connection to the community and a deep appreciation for the people, properties, and opportunities that make this region unique. I not only work here, but also live and invest in the community, giving me firsthand insight into the local market and long-term growth of the area.
In 2024, I took over leadership of the Paper Birch Team, continuing the strong foundation and reputation the team had built while bringing my own energy and vision to its future growth. Since stepping into that role, my focus has been on delivering a high level of service, building lasting relationships, and helping clients achieve their real estate goals with confidence.
Beyond real estate, I serve on the local Zoning Board of Appeals, which has given me valuable experience and perspective on land use, development, and the future growth of our community. Today, I continue to lead the Paper Birch Team with an emphasis on communication, professionalism, and results. Whether working with first-time buyers, sellers, investors, or land clients, I’m committed to providing guidance, strategy, and a client-first approach throughout every step of the process.
