Originally from the Binghamton area, Sara has called Oneonta home since graduating from SUNY in 2011. Her career began in the world of interior design, where she developed a talent for identifying the unique features and hidden potential in each home. Her background in design also provides a distinct advantage in the real estate industry, allowing her to help clients envision the possibilities of each property and how it could be transformed to meet their needs.
Sara joined the Paper Birch team in early 2023, and her passion for design and branding has been instrumental in helping the company stand out in a competitive marketplace. Her strategic approach to marketing and her ability to highlight the best features of each property has made her a valuable asset to the team.
In her free time, Sara can be found creating digital art, reading mystery novels, and tending to her ever-growing houseplant collection!

Eamonn is our team's resident vacant land & large-acreage expert. He brings a unique background to the table, having started his career as a wilderness guide and outdoor educator before becoming a Science teacher at Milford Central School, where he taught for 13 years. Throughout the course of his career, Eamonn collaborated with land development companies across the country, further honing his already extensive knowledge of vacant land and large acreage properties.
When he's not hard at work putting together land development plans or walking properties with his clients, you're likely to find Eamonn exploring and enthusiastically sharing his knowledge of the great outdoors; his passion for nature is infectious.
