Property Description
226 Post Road, Franklin, NY. This well-maintained 2-bedroom, 2-bath manufactured home is available for rent on a rural property with wide views across the hills of the western Catskills.
The home is in good condition and ready to move in. The two bedrooms give flexible use: a primary bedroom plus a second room for guests, a home office, or storage. Two full baths mean each bedroom has its own bathroom, with no waiting in the morning. The layout 1064 sq ft is simple and practical for daily living. Laundry hookups available.
The setting is the main feature. The views are long and open, with the hills changing color from spring green to fall foliage to winter white. The property is quiet and private, and a good place to sit outside at the end of the day. Ample parking, dirt driveway.
The location is practical for work, school, and errands. Franklin Village is a short drive for the post office, local shops, restaurants, and community events. Treadwell is close by, with its own small-town character. Delhi, the Delaware County seat, has grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, county offices, SUNY Delhi, and dining. Oneonta, I-88, and the larger shopping options there are within a reasonable drive. For time outdoors, you have access to hiking, fishing, hunting, and back roads across Delaware County.
Application, credit, and background check required. First and Security deposit due at signing, tenant pays all utilities, plus snow and yard maintenance.
